Returns & Repairs
If you are unsatisfied with your GTC product, you may return the item for a full refund within one year of purchasing it. To initiate a return, please use the Service Request Form below, ensuring you have your proof of purchase available, and we will get back to you within 1-5 business days.
If your item was purchased from a 3rd party distributor, please contact them to inquire about their return policy.
In the event a flaw develops in the product, you may return it to the dealer or retailer you purchased the product from or, contact GTC directly to obtain shipping instructions and a RGA number. GTC will either repair or replace the tool (at GTC’s discretion) free of charge providing the product is still under warranty. If the warranty has expired, there will be a repair and a shipping charge payable to your dealer, retailer or GTC to have the unit repaired and re-calibrated and shipped back to you. When a unit has been repaired, or replaced under warranty, the replacement unit will extend the warranty period of the original unit for six (6) months after the date of replacement or until the original warranty expires, whichever is the longest period.
