Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your any product you have purchased from us, you may return the item for a full refund within one month of purchasing it. To initiate a return, please use the Service Request Form below, ensuring you have your proof of purchase available, and we will get back to you within 1-5 business days.

If your item was purchased from a 3rd party distributor, please contact them to inquire about their return policy.

Warranty Claims

In the event a flaw develops in the product, you may return it to the dealer or retailer you purchased the product from, (depending on their policy,) or contact us (GTC) directly to obtain shipping instructions and a RGA number. GTC will either repair or replace the tool (at GTC’s discretion) free of charge providing the product is still under warranty. If the warranty has expired, there will be a repair and a shipping charge payable to your dealer, retailer or GTC to have the unit repaired and re-calibrated and shipped back to you. When a unit has been repaired, or replaced under warranty, the replacement unit will extend the warranty period of the original unit for six (6) months after the date of replacement or until the original warranty expires, whichever is the longest period.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If your tool is outside of warranty, we will still do our best to fix it. Fill out the form below, so that we can get back to you with some information on the repair-ability of the tool, and provide you with options. Our tools are designed to last much longer than their warranties, and we aim to support our users the best we can.
